Advertising Spend: Clients are responsible for their advertising expenses. Nexus is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of advertising spend, including but not limited to pay-per-click advertising, social media advertising, or search engine marketing.

Third-party Applications: Nexus may recommend or integrate third-party applications or services to enhance your e-commerce store's functionality. However, we are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by these third-party applications. Clients are advised to review the terms and fees associated with such services.

External Factors: Nexus is not liable for losses or damages arising from external factors, including but not limited to changes in market conditions, economic fluctuations, or unforeseen events.

Miscellaneous

The Insider Subscription
Subscription Terms: Subscribers to "The Insider | Mastering E-commerce", "The Insider | Mastering E-commerce - Exclusive" and "The Insider" are subject to the following terms.

Non-Refundable: The subscription fees are non-refundable. At no times are subscriptions refundable.

Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must provide notice at least 2 business days before your subscription renewal date. You may unsubscribe at any time by reaching out to our team on our contact us form at https://www.thenexuscapital.com/contact or email us at support@thenexuscapital.com with your Name & Email used to opt-into the program.

Authorization: When opting into The Insider | Mastering E-commerce", "The Insider | Mastering E-commerce - Exclusive" and "The Insider" you agree to recurring payments all at different intervals and different trial periods. You agree to all terms and conditions.

By starting any of our "The Insider" programs you are agreeing to monthly billings. We offer a $3 for 3 day trial which converts into a monthly payment of $71 until unsubscribed. You agree by subscribing to these payments.

By starting your program "The Insider | Mastering E-commerce" using our penny access program, you are allowing our billing team to process an initial payment of one cent, transferring to payments of $71 per month after sixty days of registration. By subscribing you are agreeing and allowing our team to do this while accepting all other terms and conditions.

Changes to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
